6. SUN BEAR
Sun Bear found in Southeast Asian Tropical forests is the smallest member of the bear family. These nocturnal animals are highly aggressive and mostly attack without any cause. Their long claws are sharp teeth have enough power. Sun bears live in trees. They are solitary creatures and prefer to meet only when the mating period comes. They mostly feed on fruits, and sometimes small insects and small rodents.
7. WOLVERINE
Belong to the Mustelidae family; Wolverine is the largest land-dwelling species. These solitary animals are polyamorous. They have great smelling power and can travel up to 24 km in search of food. They are omnivores in nature. They are often termed as the killing machine as they carry no fear in their heart. Weighing 15kgs to 30kgs, Wolverine’s jaw is called the iron jaw for the strength it carries.
8. HIPPOPOTAMUS
The hippopotamus is the Latin word that means “Horse of the river”. This semi-aquatic animal mostly feeds on grass. Though found in a herd, hippos are not social animals. Thus their behaviour has always been questionable. Hippos are termed as extremely aggressive animals. The attack on small boats and even kill humans. They are the world’s third largest mammal. Hippos are even aggressive when there is lack of sufficient water and food. The large size of Hippos is often scary. The newborn weighs as much as 100 pounds. Researchers believe that the aggressive and dominating character of Hippopotamus has kept it powerful throughout the long years. It is also listed as one of the most dangerous animals in the world.
9. NORTHERN GOSHAWK
The bloodshot red eyes with bold white eyebrow give a terrifying appearance to Northern Goshawk. These birds are found across Northern America and Eurasia. The Goshawk is extremely protective towards its nest. They don’t even hesitate to attack humans if they feel threatened. They feed on insects, birds and even reptiles. In case of Northern Goshawk, the females are 25% heavier than the males. The breeding pair performs a sky dance as part of their courtship.
10. SALTWATER CROCODILE
The 23 feet long Saltwater Crocodile is World’s largest living crocodile. One of the apex predators in the world is considered to be the most aggressive among all. Not only that, they are dangerous to mankind too. There have been many reports of Saltwater crocodiles attacking boats and eating humans. They are excellent swimmers and can swim as long as 900 km. They live for about 65 years.
